DELIVERY POLICY

We offer FREE delivery on all orders above £200 to UK mainland. Express delivery charges are presented below.

Please note all items will require a signature as proof of delivery. Any alterations to the delivery method, for instance by instructing us to leave your parcel in a safe place, will result in Kids Designer Closet taking no responsibility for the non-delivery of the item.

Any attempted change of address via the courier or other third parties and subsequent non-delivery of the item will also not be the responsibility of Kids Designer Closet.

All parcels / shipments are despatched with a unique tracking number which will be provided to you at the earliest opportunity via e-mail. We recommend you check the tracking details before requesting a shipping update on your order. Only contact us if you are unable to locate the parcel from the tracking information provided. Saturday Delivery	Saturday	£19.99	Orders placed after 12pm on a Friday will be delivered the following Saturday. This service is not available to certain areas (Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands & Northern Island).
